Pricing is $750/night for the main house. To reserve the guest house, it is an additional $250/night. The guest house can also be rented on its own. A $200 cleaning fee will be assessed after your stay. Payment is to be arranged through hosts via Venmo or Square invoicing. A 10% deposit is required to book your reservation. We have a local property manager who is available to distribute keys upon check-in and to deal with any issues that may arise.
